NB: Reservation is for a minimum number of 350 campers. Should less than 350 people attend the camp/conference, costs for 350 persons will still be payable.

- Sound for this terrain must be arranged and supplied by the booking parties. We do NOT supply or provide sound for this terrain.

- Snack/Coffee Shop (Charged @ R300 extra)

Your reservation will only be reserved when a deposit of R12 000 is paid and a Proof of payment, together with the Reservation Form, is faxed or emailed.

NB: The outstanding amount is strictly payable 4 days before the camp/conference starts.

The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of camp/conference date.

Final number of campers to be confirmed 5 days before the camp starts (including day visitors, speakers & leaders that eat with weekend campers).

Weekend camps are from Friday 17:00 to Sunday 14:00.

A written program of the camp is to be handed in 5 days before the camp starts for confirmation of meal times, snack/coffee shop times and cleaning services.

Campers undertake to leave the camping grounds in the same condition as it was found. (A cleaning service is available during your camp/conference)

Any requests for alterations to the above are to be submitted in writing to the management of Eksderde Camps, Conference & Lodges.
